The Vancouver Airport Chaplaincy (VAC) was established to serve the traveling public and airport employees at Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The Chapel is open 24/7 and our team of chaplains and volunteers is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm daily to provide support, counsel, practical assistance and spiritual direction to people of all faiths and those of none. The chaplaincy was registered in 1982 as a non-profit organization and since that time the VAC board and airport authority have partnered together in providing oversight for the chaplaincy.
If you are passing through YVR, or work at the airport, please drop in to see us; we are always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand. The following video provides a further introduction to the people and work of the VAC.
How to find us:
The chapel and our offices are located a few meters from International Arrivals. We are behind the escalators, across from Tim Horton's, to the left of the washrooms.

Vancouver Airport Chaplaincy is a registered non-profit society. It is totally dependent upon the kind support and generosity of caring people who believe in what VAC is doing and the ways we attempt to do it. You may donate either through the Canada Helps link to the left, or by sending a cheque to the address above. Canada Helps will issue an immediate income tax receipt; alternatively, if you send a cheque, income tax receipts are issued in January for the previous year's contributions.
